Honda dealers about shit themselves when that news came over the wire. It only prevents them from selling the main products they sell during winter!!

Man, had that edict gone into effect at the beginning of December you would've seen a lot of Honda dealers going under. Little dirt bikes and ATVs are all Honda dealers sell leading up to Christmas. Fortunately it wasn't to go into effect until the Kids' Toys Buying Season is usually pretty much concluded.

Incredibly stupid decision though. So the fuck what if an ATV's brakes contain lead?? Kids are dumber than dirt but not even Les Miles' kid can manage to chew on his little ATV's brakes!

I did see one little future Americal Idol fan put his mouth over the end of a hot exhaust pipe. Burned the fuck out of his mouth and of course the negligent parents sued and of course the stupid dealership settled out of court.

In any case this stupid edict will quickly be amended. Honda's lawyers will be able to beat at least a little common sense into the brain dead lawyers who came up with this thing.

In this economy? That thing will quickly get overturned, at least where it prevents little dirt bikes and ATVs from being sold.
