m2, how do you decide when to post as m2 and when to post as Blueblood? Moreover, why do you post under two different nics?

Nice take, Dorothy. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.
Obama dribbled down his leg, promising way more than he or anyone can deliver. The fact you think he went "yard" just goes to show (once again) what a clueless dumbfuck you are.

One, dinner isnt quite ready yet, so I've got time to kill. Two, m2 has always amused me. I like the guy. He's the oddest entity on this entire board. He's even odder than you.
Dude never fails to intrigue me with his singular weirdness. For the life of me I can't imagine how he came up with this shtick of his. I mean, if m2 were a
Seinfeld character how would he be described in a quick character synopsis?
Happy go lucky party pinata, prone to endless fits of imagined grandeur. Fancies himself a worldly man about town, bon vivant, raconteur and Al Bundy nonpareil. Fondest ambition is to be a Black Ops assassin, cloaked in the subterfuge of being a bedraggled fan of a woebegone college football program.
Seriously, how does someone come up with
that as their online character troll?
Yeah, you're pretty fuggen weird too, what with the tinnitus and the love of racism. Still, I've seen your kind before, although that bit of yours about the bombs always going off in your head is a cool touch.
Dins is a cool creation, too. A U&L centric Cliff Claven who's also a former Navy Seal, a former member of the Grateful Dead, a shipmate on the
Nina, the guy who hiked the ball to Broadway Joe and the guy bolting together the luxury boxes out in center field when Babe stopped and pointed, wordlessly gesturing to Dins, "Good job on that, fucker. I like it."
Yeah, Dins is a classic. Forrest Gump meets Faust.
Mvscal is also a very cool creation. He's the Gunney Sergeant from
Full Metal Jacket, let loose on a message board full of Private Fatbodies.
m2? Dude has no equal in the annals of asscracked weirdness. I figure I'll keep watching. One day he might do something otherworldy bizarre and when he does I wanna be there to witness the splatter effect.

With apologies to the poster who goes by this nic, there's definitely a Cosmo Kramer component to Dins as well. Consider the following quote from George, upon learning that Kramer was at a baseball fantasy camp.
He's at a baseball fantasy camp? His whole life is a fantasy. People should pay money to come here and live like he does for a week. Doesn't work, falls over ass-backwards into money, mooches food off his friends, and has sex without being in a relationship."
Yep, that's Dins to a tee, or at least the online persona he's created.

Terry, Dins is nowhere near as benign as Kramer. Kramer's character simply blends in, anywhere he goes. Or he sticks out, like a fish out of water. His ouevre is one of a frantic/comic Force Of New York Nature.
Dins is the perpetual Master Of His Own Universe. Dins wouldn't tap out ten minutes into the King Of His Own Castle contest. Dins would shithammer Elaine right in front of the guys until the guys tapped out and Elaine wrote him an opera. Dins supplies the secret ingredients to the Soup Nazi. J. Peterman calls Dins to get advice on his next safari. Dins got Jerry the hookup from Nike on all those tennis shoes. Dins insouciantly told Sidra, "It's real, and it's spectacular..."

I'd disagree on this one, although all the others are pretty good calls. I'd add the following . . .
The Yankees would have gone to Dins, not George, for advice on how to play baseball.

Seriously though...
Faustian bargain
(FOW-stee-uhn) Faust, in the legend, traded his soul to the devil in exchange for knowledge. To “strike a Faustian bargain” is to be willing to sacrifice anything to satisfy a limitless desire for knowledge or power.
...if that doesn't sound
exactly like Dins, standing at the crossroads, I don't know what does.

Hey, when you strike a bargain with the devil beware the goods that show up on your doorstep. The devil never promised Dins that all that knowledge would be correct.
The devil out front should've been Dins' tip off.

Nah. Dins would have kicked the Devil in the teeth and made off with both the knowledge and the golden fiddle. Then he would have given the fiddle and a few lessons to Papa John Creech himself while also writing the violin part to "Trial By Fire".

He tried it as a scientific experiment, whereas Bush did it to escape his family and practice hedonistic self-indulgence. Obama, wanting to be able to speak intelligently on the issue risked his life experimenting with cocaine in order to document the effect it had on him. His use of the drug was for the overall "greater good" of the communities he was organizing. A selfless act, in my opinion.

Further, I don't think the justification for deficit spending was to cut the deficit.
Obama's strategy of solving the problems "he inherited", such as the deficit, appears to be to double/triple the deficit.
It's a bold move, risky though. Thank goodness for the richest 2% who will bail us all out as per usual. Hope they stay rich and stay here.
