I refuse to sell my house to anybody but a White family. I have an obligation to my neighbors to keep their community safe and livable. I will even tell the realtor right off the bat. "Don't bring any nogs to look at the house!" And if a nog makes an offer on my house the price will automatically increase 10 fold.
