RIP Geoge Kell

I remember Tommy Herr in 1985 with over 100 RBI and less than 10 HR's. I believe Kell was the last to accomplish that particular feat before Herr, in 1950.

He obviously played well before I was born but I grew up on watching Tigers games with George and Al Kaline on the TV side with Ernie in the radio booth. Always appreciated the slow Southern drawl of George and Ernie as the play-by-play men. Much respect...RIP
