To give him his due, I think he said 'I don't know what the term is in Austria'. Perhaps he was just trying to be respectful for the king. I do that little bow often when shaking hands of somebody I just met. Nothing meant by it. I would have more issues if he hit a knee for the bow.

I didn't grant Bush any executive privilege, and I've got exactly ONE vote, partner.
In my lifetime, only Jimmah Carter was a more disgraceful president than W. Bush was.
