Unbelievably incompetent cops. And what's with that taser? Dead batteries? When a person is hit with the standard taser gun, that's it--shivering perch, done. This guy just shakes it--and them--off for what, a full minute? As for nature boy, props for walking around with that flabby torso and tiny dick in front of a lot of young hot chicks. Whatever.
