My President Speaks from both sides of his mouth

My President asks for ideas to cut government spending. What? Why not start with that crazy $700 Billion bill you railroaded thru Congress a couple of months ago.
Sad, so sad that this guy was the best we could find.

On Friday, Democrats in Congress neared a deal on Obama's budget proposal and inched closer to passing a bill that would result in some $500 billion in deficits.
So my President admits he was looking at a budget deficit of $1.3 Billion and now Congress is close to passing a bill that would have some $500 Billion in deficits? Nice! And now he wants to talk about cutting government spending? Clearly he learned damage control from President Clinton."So much of our government was built to deal with different challenges from a different era," said Obama, noting that he took office facing a $1.3 billion budget deficit.
If this is true why not go back to the previous budget with a deficit of only $1.3 Billion instead of increasing deficit spending by 385% in three months since taking office? Lip service?"We cannot sustain deficits that mortgage our children's future, nor tolerate wasteful inefficiency," Obama declared. "Government has a responsibility to spend the peoples' money wisely and to serve the people effectively."
Do what I say, not what I do.He also said he wants to re-evaluate priorities in the capital and urged Congress to pass legislation that would force lawmakers to pay for new policies and avoid large deficits.
Sad, so sad that this guy was the best we could find.
