Indicted ... on drug and burglary charges.

Well, at least he wasn't flogging himself publicly and at least he's not AP.
- signs of a forced entry ...
I'll take ...
Things that could very well happen in prison ... for $1,000, Alex.

I thought this was about what he did to the Chargers.
Nevermind.

I dunno, at this rate, I'd say "At least AP's not Ryan Leaf."

At least neither AP or Ryan Leaf ever traded 2 first rounders, a second rounder and two players...
...to move up one place and take Ryan Leaf.
Talk about not being very smart...

They squandered their picks on worthless slappies such as Andre Wadsworth, Corey Chavous and David Boston and of course who could ever forget the two immortal legends included in the deal: an over the hill Eric Metcalf and some guy named Patrick Sapp.
Not a dynasty, but they did make it to the second round of the playoffs the same year. Boston was a disappointment although he did make the pro-bowl. Wadswoth had his career killed by injuries and Chavous was a good pick up. Of course, both Chavous and Boston went to worthless teams after free agency and their careers went to shit. As far as Metcalf being over the hill at the time, you're full of shit, of course.
And all this to move up one spot when the team in front of them wasn't going to go QB anyway. I guess the Dolts were the 'smart' ones.

That's because they used him primarily for KO and punt returns. He did average 10.5 yards a carry, usually on 3rd downs (he was 3rd on the depth charts at RB).
But since you seem to think that was a clutch trade for the Dolts, here's hoping they can keep up the good work

They did what they have always done until recently. Make good draft picks and FA pickups only to have Bill Sr's cheap ass refuse to pay them when it's time to resign them. With that trade they got a past pro-bowl running back, a future pro-bowl receiver and pro-bowl safety and a defensive lineman who was rated at the top of the draft but had his career killed by injuries.
But that was back when Bidwell Sr was in charge of everything. With Jr and Mike calling the shots, hopefully Whisenhunt and Graves will be actually able to keep the players they develop.

Was that the dude who had a thing for Rumplewife?
Btw, an argument between Cardinal Fan and Charger Fan about whose franchise is stupider is something like an argument between Iran and Saudi Arabia about which country is more oppressive. Just sayin'.
