Even a Vapid Racist Fuckstain pass only allows you to breeze through the toll plazas. It doesn't magically clear away traffic on westbound Hwy 80. You're still parked on that god forsaken slab, same as all the rest of us, if you're hitting it during the usual commuting hours.
