Who here has been on a cruise? I just booked one out of San Diego to Cabo. It stops in Ensenada, but I might not get off the ship at that port. Anyone been to Cabo? What should we do there?

You should send your husband fishing for the day and then meet me at the hotel for wild and kinky sex. You won't be disappointed....very much. I promise.

Looks like we have "disparate " beaner"....

This never turns out well....

Well, never mind.

By the way, Mexican men love me. I don't know why.

Trev I've never been on a cruise but have it in the center of my mind as an anniversary gift for my wife sometime in the future. She has hinted at me so many times that she would love a cruise. I am going to be investigating this and our anniversary is in the spring. 2010 might be our year. Or maybe 2011. Let us know about the results of your trip please.

In Cabo, take one of those little taxi boats to the little island (can't remember the name). You can actually get in the water on the land side of the island there without worrying about being swept away into the ocean. If you didn't know, the beaches aren't safe there, and the water is pretty fucking cold. Getting in the water on the land side of the island was pretty refreshing. They actually sell beer on the island, but you can pack your own if you want. The ocean side is rough but beautiful to just lay on the sand with a beer and listen to the waves roll in.

We stayed at the Riu which is one of the many all inclusives, but very nice. Played golf at The Raven course completely hungover at 8 AM and shot a 78. Not sure how that happened. Did the Cabo Wabo and other bars. Every Mexican there drinks Modelo. I tried the Sol beer and it was ok. A little like Corona but sweeter. Thank god for the open bar in the rooms.

edit: here's the island. Called Lover's Island.

I have no desire to get on a big ship for several days with a whole bunch of people I don't know nor probably don't care to know.
best bet--- rent a cottage on a nice quiet beach area someplace and spend some quality time with your S.O.. Sanibel Island works for me.

Well you better hope the ship isn't loaded with sexually-repressed bulldykes looking to spend some cayesh liquoring up the 3 lipstick lesbians who show up. Hope they throw in a chain-wallet for all your troubles/times you'll be violated.

My old company held 3 or our President's Clubs trips on cruises. Compared to a resort stay - they are shit. The trips inland are short and the ship takes a cut to book any excursions so you can't really find the best of anything - only what the cruise line puts you on to. And since the port time is short, you can't really party out as missing the boat isn't a realistic option. The rooms are tiny and I didn't really find that much fun shit to do on the boat. We were on the Radisson, Carnival and Princess - of the 3 the Radisson was the best as it was the smallest - only about 440 capacity.

Trev however may find cruises appealing as they have buffets available 24/7 and there's lot's of folks Wolfie's age to talk to
