BBQ Chicken Tortizza

I've posted my BBQ Chicken pizza here before. THis is just a spin off of it. Quick and easy. Did a beer butt chicken over the weekend and had a lot of chicken leftover so I just tore it up into smaller pieces and put in the fridge to use this week.
I use the convect-bake setting at 425 degrees. Set the stone in the oven to heat. You want the stone VERY hot so the tortilla will crisp up.
Take a big tortilla and spread BBQ sauce on it. I used the HOT Brent's BBQ Sauce. Then I put a heavy dose of chicken and caramelized onions. Covered with cheddar cheese. Drizzled a bit of sauce on top of the cheese. Then added jalapenos. Cook in the oven until looks like this. About 10 minutes. Great quick and easy dinner.
