Riddell football gear lawsuit

This may be glass dique, but it has slipped under my radar.

I know that Federation high school rules require warnings on helmets. FHSAA has standards for water breaks in games and I'm guessing also in practices. If the lawyers were going for really deep pockets you'd think they would have sued the Vikings or the NFL. No matter how you look at it---where are we going with all this ?? One of the biggest TV advertisers down here is Morgan and Morgan law firm (realy named for him and his wife).This guy has built an empire and even has ads trolling for people to sue for things like the "Chinese dry wall" in homes built here recently.
You want to see another scary thing ? Look up about some of the provisions in the pending "health care reform" bill before Congress that seem to be a cash cow for trial lawyers.
