OK St #10? Do they consider T. Boone's donations as "revenue?"

The article is somewhat misleading. The chart represents total revenue, not just football revenue, even though the story refers to FBS schools and BCS conferences. KU's football revenue (or whatever is reported strictly as football revenue and football only) is in the $14 million range. Alabama's, by contrast, is around $57 million even though they are separated by just $2m in the chart.

FWIW, the data can be found here: http://ope.ed.gov/athletics/

Somewhat misleading?

Yep, no way beaker football generates all that. I was about to call bullshit until I read your post.

Slightly surprised at Texas at Number 1. They are raking in all areas to make up for the Big XII's mediocre TV deal.

Stanford > SC?

:meds:

Right.

I'd like to see $/win. Stanford would blow away the field.

Watchout for the red menace...

The one thing this board has done is pretty much eliminated the 'furd red menace....ahahaa

This post was made to emphasize how this Board now appropriately treats Cal's rival stanfurd....that is, like a joke!

i think we've pretty well established that the Early Bird Special at the local diner and/or the Maryland Terrapins are Cal's rival (without reference to or undermining the status of Stanford).
