I've NEVER participated in fantasy football...or anything like that. I might give this one a shot.

I'm pretty new to Fantasy Football (this will be my 3rd year coming up), but I've never seen a college FF, and always thought it'd be cool.....

Can't stand Fantasy sports. I root for teams and good games, not individual players. I finally joined a Fantasy Baseball league this year and didn't take it serious. I'm in last out of 15. It's so fucking boring. I just drafted the entire Royals team and everyone went down with season ending/long injuries and it took me a month to actually sign other players. Then they all went down. I am not even sure who the hell is still on my roster. I probably should have just ripped up a $50 bill instead.MgoBlue-LightSpecial wrote:I've NEVER participated in fantasy football...or anything like that. I might give this one a shot.

you spent 50 bucks to draft the entire royals team??TheJON wrote:Can't stand Fantasy sports. I root for teams and good games, not individual players. want to get in on a fantasy football team this fall??

Re: Have any of y'all ever tried this?
JON, you could apply the exact same strategy in a fantasy football league. Just draft all 85 of Iowa's scholarship players and you're bound to pick up easy points each Saturday. Hell, and not to mention each Sunday too.

I'll be honest - I'm in Baseball and NASCAR this year, and they both SUCK. Not nearly as much fun as football. Football gives you a little time to breathe and check out what's going on during the week, but it's a fucking 9/5 trying to keep up with baseball like that.....
baseball can get on your fucking nerves for sure. i'ts 7 months of work. constantly putting dudes in and out the DL will fuck you up..etc etc. if you dont stay on top of it...you're not even going to be in top half of the league.
football is a bit easier..not as many days off and you know the guy you're drafting will b eplaying unless he's hurt.

depends on which form of baseball the H2h or the standard roto points accumulate in categories...

Automated draft? I'm in I guess. Don't have the time to mess with a real draft.
I'll send an email addy via PM.

Done. Ya - I'm in quite a few things this year, and don't have near the time to do the regular draft. Automated is actually kind of fun for me - just gotta deal with what you're given.
me thinks i'd like to join.
you got a league 'spray?
