Draft is Thu Sept 3, 6:00 your time, I believe.

Never done an auction league before but I'm not against playing in a pay league. If you're still short in a couple weeks, let me know. I can swing that draft date and time as well.

Shoalzie, we’re looking for more of a firm commitment, not a back-up plan. At this point, time is of the essence. I wouldn’t foresee any issues with you being a part of the league. If you want to throw your name into the hat, so to speak, just say so. Don’t stick your toe in the water. Holy mixed metaphors.

A wise man (if associating KC and wisdom is even possible???) once said, “dive right in… the water’s warm.” Or something like that.

FantasyAuctioneer Going Out of Business

Hi everyone,
This is unfortunately the end of the road for FantasyAuctioneer. Thank you so much for being a part of our little footnote in Fantasy Sports History. Although we announced a partnership with RotoExperts last February, the deal has since fallen through. We both agreed that with ESPN and CBS Sports already in the online auction business, our window had already closed. We had a number of improvements planned, but realized that any successful innovation would likely be emulated soon after by much bigger pockets. RotoExperts Founder Ben Ice and I go a long way back, though, so who knows what we might be working on together in the future.....................................

We just had our auction draft last night and you can count me among the 95% that will never go back to a snake draft again, especially since ESPN now has all the bells and whistles and it's all FREE.

When I read that line I was like, WTF is Wags this guy's marketing manager.

MJD - Finally AFTER draftiong him as a rookie which I could have lost in this auction shit.

I think MJD is over valued this year because he's still going to be part of a RBBC, and won't get as many touches as other top selections like Peterson, Jackson, or Forte.

Another vote for auctions here, its the only way for larger leagues.
