Lynette "Squeaky" Fromme, convicted of pointing gun at President Ford in 1975, released from prison.

Fromme has served 34 years in prison. She has been eligible for parole since 1985 but repeatedly waived her hearings in order to show her dedication to the cause. A federal law makes parole mandatory after 30 years of a life sentence have been served.
