If that's a real sign and not some photoshop, that's pathetic. Stay classy, Notre Dame. Stay classy.

No, it's not. RACK whoever bankrolled that sign and made =bitch melt.
Yes, it is classless. Very classless. And no one made me melt. I just said it's classless. That's all. If that's what you call a meltdown, then you're an idiot. Of course, we already knew that.

It actually has nothing to do with the 'Backer. It was paid for by a no name LB from the late 60's named Tom Reynolds. I'll post more on it tomorrow.
As for the 'Backer, you still get a ticket for a free Long Island when you pay cover.

So wouldn't an ND education make that dude smart enough to sign it Linebacker Alumnus?

There is supposedly a group of ex-players who decided this little joke would be funny and put up the money for the bill board. Reynolds is the only one who has come out and admitted his involvement. The sad thing is that the company who owns the bill boards is a huge supporter of Hannah and Friends, Weis's charity for his daughter.
It's a classless move, but I'm sure Weis got a good laugh out of it. He always said he enjoyed busing balls. Plus, it actually did something people previously thought impossible. It's united most of ND Nation in support of Weis. We'll see how that turns out.
