USC is up 28-3, leading into the half. San Jose St gets a roughing the passer penalty on USC, moving them into FG position. With two seconds showing on the clock, SJ St lines up and spikes the ball, to set up for a FG.

What's this? USC's players are all running towards the tunnel...the clock ran out!

Somehow, the clock keeper managed to assfuck SJ St out of two seconds, just from spiking the ball!

And the call stands! No FG attempt. The half is over.

If the game was at San Jose St. there still would have been 2 seconds on the clock after the spike.

Or if it were at some other places there would be 4 seconds on the clock and the ball would have been moved closer to the end zone.
