I'm gonna guess that wasn't because of the hairy armpit but because you're a pussy and can't hold your liquor.

Canes' are down by a TD to start the 4th.

Look for Miami to pull away from the "rednecks" in the 4th quarter.

Oh, subtle touch there. Didn't know where you were going with that.

I highly doubt any FSU cheerleaders had hairy armpits. If that were true, and m2 saw it during the telecast, we can shortly expect to see all sorts of pics and vids of this chick.

Pretty sure we won't.

You flailed on offers of bets I made before, so screw you and your lame wager offers.

Post the pics or vids of this chick, including something to indicate it's from tonight's game, and I'll say, "You were right, m2. She has hairy pits."

Short of that...I won't.

mFool - It's a tie game and FSU is in Miami territory. That's your idea of Miami "pulling away?"

Plus Miami can't stop their 4th qtr rushing game.

"Midwestern" tard... the last drive of the game is coming up....and this is where they pull away the W on the road.

If "Redneck State" doesn't score... then I'm right.

Miami's "drive" was the last one of the night.

m2 was wrong again, as usual. Miami didn't pull away, and Miami's scoring drive wasn't the final drive of the game.

Wrong on both counts.

Just as a reminder, m2 also loudly predicted that Oregon would pull out the Boise St game.

I thought Ponder was more impressive. Dude had the game winning TD throw in the freaking bag...

Eh, it wasn't a perfect throw but dude's gotta hang onto that ball. It was right there in his hands.

Great game no doubt. Just a heart breaking loss. Ponder, redshirt jr, needs to make that throw to Fortson...guy was wide open and he throws it 5 feet infront of him. Tebow, McCoy, Bradford...etc....all make that throw and that's why they are the best.

To run 4 plays from the 3 and not get a score is unacceptable. Also, shame on Mickey for not having a defensive team to put on the field. Was anyone rushing the passer? Do we have safeties? PRob not making a tackle on 3rd and 13 to keep the drive alive? Greg Reid looks to be the second coming of Neon Deon...

Overall, it is obvious that FSU and Miami are getting better, but very far from contending for a top 10 ranking or a MNC.

I'm curious as to your thoughts on that option play they ran on 1st or 2nd down. That just seemed like an odd play to try and stretch it wide against that fast a defense.

I didn't like that play call at all. What a risky play that close to the endzone with the game on the line. Not to mention Miami pretty much stuffed that play 2 or 3 times earlier in the game. I really wanted to see a play like the throw that got them to the 2 with Caz the big TE. I also was shouting to roll out after that play...they didn't do that until the last play...

The lob in the endzone also pissed me off. I mean what team in the country wouldn't be waiting for FSU to throw a lob in the corner to a tall reciever? Ponder doesn't have that extra finesse on his balls to be successful on those types of throws...

Also, yes the reciever could have come up with that pass, however, that throw was a bullet and would have been in the dirt had he not laid out. That ball is on Ponder, not Fortson.

I thought both teams looked pretty damn sharp in comparison to the sloppy shit we saw through the rest of Week 1.

Didn't figure those two perennial powerhouses would stay down long.

While I hate ThugU with a passion, they looked pretty darn good. Not like Dorsey/McGahee/Vilma good, but pretty good.

FSU wasn't so bad, either. I look at how those teams were prepared for the opener, as opposed to how Oregon looked... and it pisses me off. I know U of O has a rookie coach, but damn.

That play is designed for Ponder to find a crease along the line of scrimage and cut it up. Pithching it is the last option.

I sat on the 25 yd. line , row 5 last night. Heart in throat all night. I was very pleased w/ the O. Defense is in the fucking toilet.

It looked like Ponder waited much too long to make a cut.

I just thought it was an odd time to call that play so close to the end zone against that fast of a defense.

I concure Mucho. I think a short hook to our tight end would have been a better bet. or a qb draw.
Hope your Bulls don't have a passing game or it could be a long night for us.

That's cuz he ain't playin' for the Cal Bears.

:D

Funny you bring that up...

... since Riley has been named "Pac 10 Player of the Week ".

Oh yeah, he has the No. 4 QB rating in the country last weekend: 212.4

http://msn.foxsports.com/cfb/stats

Re: QB ratings

1. Clausen throws against Nevada which has no pass rush;
2. UAB vs. Rice
3. Houston vs. Northwestern State
and
4. Riley vs. Maryland.

Kevin is looking good.

When are you going to quit posting like you quit school? Or did you get kicked out of San Francisco Community College? Either way, I see your end here in a similar fashion. You'll either quit because you're a pussy or get booted for being a mouth breather.

Can't blame that on the players. Coaches fucked that up.

Why did we try to sub our goal line unit in after that TE play? Shouldve ran up to the line and had a QB sneak or a FB up the gut. Miami wouldve been forced to call a timeout a lot sooner or take the loss. No way would they had stopped us.

Fucking took forever to get the goal line unit in then Miami called timeout, regrouped and got their goal line unit in. We come in after the timeout and run the option? What the fuck?

Ps. What the fuck is up with the clock operators in Tally? Time stops on an incompletion. In my homer eyes, we had another second on that clock.

The nano size particles... don't mention if this is a Cal project or not, however one of the example pictures is clearly a Cal logo.
