Ummm...you do realize that the 3rd best team from the Big XII goes to play the #2 team from the Pac-10 in the Holiday Bowl? A&M was a 3rd place team that year. 2 Years before your beloved Bears cried when they were sent to play a 3rd place 7-4 Big XII team and proceeded to get ass raped by 14 points. A&M was not a good team in 2006. Cal had their best year in 40 years in 2004. That is an every year season for Texas.

I hope we do play you in 2015-2016. We could use an easy W.

this is actually called the Alamo Bowl now. looks like, last i saw last week, that the Holiday is going to be a Big 10-Big XII #4 thing now. kind of a weird flip of matchups/venue.
