The same Chips team that got held to 6 points and under 200 yards in Tuscon last week...
Best onside kick ever.

The most perfectly placed onside kick in history, offsides on a 47 yard field goal, then the game winning field goal by a hair from 42 yards. WHAT ARE THE ODDS????????????

All that on the heels of them driving to score the (supposed) game-tying TD and they gamble big time by going for 2 and fail. Unreal finish...

Mgo, you should not be shocked. Like I tried telling you all along, you're a middle of the pack Big-10 team. I have no idea why you would think otherwise. I didn't see the game but they flashed the score at the game and it said 27-26 with 32 seconds left and then next thing I know CMU won. Can't let a shit team hang around. Iowa made that mistake last week but fortunately escaped with a win. I wonder if Van still thinks Iowa has no chance against them and that MSU has a superior program! Hahahahahahahahaha! That's why idiots that don't know shit about football should never speak. Thanks Van for all the laughs idiot!

We'll see. I'll eat my crow, sit back, and see how things play out. I'm glad the qb experimentation is over though. Maybe now the team can start gelling with Kirk Cousins as the full-time starter.

not so much a middle-of-the-pack team as they are michigan state. they'll still finish ahead of iowa.

No Big Ten team has a "signature win" so far but there have been a few bad losses. It's too early to judge all the teams in this league but we'll have a pretty good idea where Michigan and Ohio State are after today.

Yep, that one hurt. Knowing how much Jon enjoyed it, that was the real capper.
Btw, Wisconsin was lucky as
FUCK to beat Fresno St. Fresno St had that game won, if they just could've:
-Kicked a fucking FG.
-Completed any number of wide open passes.
Wisconsin didn't cause those errors by Fresno St. Fresno St simply couldn't execute simple shit to save their lives. Literally.

So far Iowa's played a D1-AA team and Iowa fucking St, which really ought to be D1-AA too.
Get back out on that ledge.

Yep, pretty much, the Big 10 has blown chunks so far this season. They lost their only barometer game last week, in grand fashion. Ohio St nearly lost at home to Navy. Iowa nearly lost at home to a D1-AA team. PSU has twice failed to cover against cupcakes.

Wisconsin lucked out in an embarrassing win at home to a WAC team. Michigan St lost at home to a MAC team. Michigan is making ND's offense look like the 2007 Patriots.
Ohio St had better show up big tonight, or this is just one giant hemorrhage.

Also, I think Perdue is going to encounter some very pissedoffmotherfuckers tonight.
Bad day for the Not-So-Big 11.

The Big-10 has looked bad overall but so has the Big-12. I said on here last week after watching the Okie State-Georgia game that Okie State was a fraud. Georgia just played pathetic. Colorado and ISU are 2 of the worst teams in D-1A. Oklahoma lost to BYU. The other teams have done well so far but that's against bad competition so it's hard to say how good they are just yet. Props to Michigan by the way. I still want to see them put on the white jersey's before claiming they're back but they made plays to win against a team that I thought would be pretty solid this year. Notre Dame's defense is still horrible. Charlie has got to start recruiting better on that side of the ball, though it may not matter because he will be gone after this year if that defense doesn't improve real quickly. But it does look like Michigan could contend for a Top 3-4 finish in the Big-10.
