Denver is an early surprise team -- at 2-0.
It took a total fluke play to get over on the Bungles in week one.
Should have been a loss.
But week two was a beatdown of the Brownies, who are about as sad as KFC Paul looking at a -Closed for Business- sign at Sizzler.
I like Oakland's chances of holding the Mule offense down ... IF the defense isn't left out on the field for 40+ minutes like they were last week.
Tyvm, inept offense -- lookin' at ya, Ja-offtheMarc-us.
I'm impressed with Oakland's defense, and with a full week's rest and playing at home, think they hold the horsies to 10 pts or less.
Bang away with the run -- get McFadden the ball on the edge a little more -- and move the chains.
OaKland wins this game 23-10.
2-1, BABY!!

Denver's D is too good for Oakland's pedestrian offense... Russell is a bust. 35% completions through 2 games. Dumervil leaves the building with another 3 sacks.
Marshall and Royal finally get it together with Orton. A key injury plays a huge role in my prediction:
Without Stokley:
Denver 27
Oakland 3.
With Stokley:
Denver 43
Oakland 0.

Is that why you switched Orton for Cutler?

"Boo-hoo... ESPN has Orton projected with more points than my beloved Brady this week. Waahhhh. ESPN is projecting me to get blown the fuck out this week.
Mommy?"
I think I already answered your question, tool. What is your take on this game, whiner?

My take on this game is that I hope they both lose. Never bet on Jamarcus Russell though so I would go with Denver 6-3.
You have a receiver from Jacksonville in your lineup. This week is a slam dunk.......

Raiders score on defense.
McFadden busts one long.
Oakland defense holds tight at home.
Raiders 17
Denver 6

What team are you guys watching - serioously?
This is the third time I've seen them and they are regressing offensively
The Raiders should thank whatever omnipotent being there is for the Chefs and Lambs (and now Skins) - the only teams more inept than they are

You forgot the Browns.
Then again, most football fans would like to forget the Browns.

Impressive performance by the Mules today.
Oakland has seen all three AFC West foes and Dungver is the best team in the West, imo.
They're in the process delivering a comprehensive red-headed stepchild beatdown to the 'duds right now.
Slamming the hell out of Oakland in the trenches -- on both offense and defense.
Orton is taking care of the ball and doing all the things a QB needs to do to give his team a chance.
Nice young backs.
Russell is dogshit for the 3rd week in a row.
Defense is getting gashed v. the run ... again.
Guess Seymour isn't enough, eh?
Critical early division game for the Raiders, if they want to try to get their nose into the thick of a division race, and they come out totally ... FLAT.
Tom Cable?
Kill somebody?
Very disappointing.
Thanks for your participation in the thread, Mule fan.
Bunch of limp-wristed bandwagon fucks.

hey, what can I say they're surprising the fuck out of me...I mean after that miracle catch in Cincy, who'd of thought they'd play this well....best case scenario I thought they'd win 4 games tops.....their defense has been pretty impressive so far since going to the 3-4, but then again, who've they played?
long way to go in the season, but so far I'm much more impressed with what McDaniels has put out out on the field than I thought I would be....

getting back dumervil and signing dawkins were very key for them. totally changed the defense thus far. wouldn't it be poetic if denver beat out houston for the 6th seed... thus costing you $50? it'd probably be worth it though, huh?

no need to keep reminding me bud, I NEVER forget a bet and I NEVER welch on them either
but yeah, that would be kind of ironic :D

Not insinuating a welch... just thankful teams like NYJ, Denver  , and Cinci are picking up Tennessee's slack... Still early. Anything can happen and Houston should be 2-2 after this week.

And hopefully the Chowdahs will match that 2-2 huh?
