Arby's sauce is some of the nastiest, vilest shit ever put on food

Horsey sauce is aces, though

Deciders - scratch Arby's off his list. You can handle that, right?

Sheesh.

Working from home today, I got to raid the fridge and the pantry and came up with a tuna sammich stuffed with BBQ potato chips.

It's not Arby's Roast Beef but I didn't have to deal with no zit faced counter gnome either

I'd opt for getting the large one (Big Montana or something ?) and skipping all that bread.

Rack 88!

In the days before the 5 reg for five dollars special, Arby's wouldn't let you in the door unless you signed an agreement to spend 15 bucks...minimum. I also think they beat their employees with a rubber hose in the manager's office if any customer gets over the way 88 did. I can't believe they didn't try to slip a cup of cheese in there somewhere on your ticket!

I hammer BK on their dollar menu all the time. The OL just rolls her eyes and orders a salad. I haven't ordered anything other than a junior whopper in years from them.

The horsey sauce is damn good...I miss Danvers though. They weren't smartasses like arbys and had a salad/works bar....that I would load up on my tray and ad dressing :D

Horsey sauce is pretty good. Not as good as a proper horseradish sauce that causes your sinuses to burst into flames, but, better than that arby sauce shit.

So you prefer the white creamy "horsey sauce"? Gotcha.

The 5 for 5 deal has been going on since '90.

So either inflation has never hit Arby's or they have been screwing us for years.

You've obviously never seen them in the back freshly slicing it.

I'm with Cosmo, you have to mix the Arbys sauce and the horsey.

88, great work. You really deflected everything that they brought at you during that experience. You set yourself up into good field position by returning the opening kick to midfield when you did NOT hit the drive through. That's where most of their traps are set up- from the curbs, to the pictures of the sandos, the four minivans in front of you, the $6.49 combo disguised blitzes on separate menu boards.

Way to stand your ground behind freckle legs, who probably got blindsided with a "market fresh" sando which was probably $5.49 for a HALF sando and a couple other items. Many things could have gone wrong in that line, and you escaped several tackles and made it out of there. How many of them did you eat, and for $1.00 each, were they tiny? I wonder how much they would charge if you were to say "can I add cheddar cheese sauce on those, too?"

That would be like Shanahan going for a two point conversion down 26-25 with no time on the clock. VERY risky. I imagine that the order guy would huddle up with the manager and ring you up for about $9.47 total.

Warning- next time you go to Arbys, go to a different location. Sure, you got over, but right now you are like the Patriots in December '07... they have the game film on you and you are a MARKED MAN. Be sure that the manager there is working double shifts and staying up at all hours in the film room trying to devise a way to hammer you next time you're there.

Hey DTC,

You're probably all over this already, but just in case, I thought you might wanna add some of these to your playbook. Being a former SoCal, I of course was already familiar with #7. Others on the list might be plays you'd wanna run either during garbage time or late in the fourth quarter when down a score.

Few things can avoid jumping the shark. Perk/Cinder resets are one of them.

That...and Friday nights.

True, but that one was particularly well played.

Yeah, it's no longer a challenge to simply reset. It's finding the right moment.

Cinder/Perk resets die the same day AP's panties, PSU's skidmarks, Irie gazing and Sissyroo Festivus resets die.

It's like Indy said: It's not the reset so much anymore, it's the application and the execution.

In the end it still comes down to the basics: blocking and tackling.
