S'wot I was gonna say. McElroy was never going to be a Heisman candidate.

Maybe we could care less to watch rigged games.

People tend to gravitate to the games and teams in their conferences, and there's not a lot of SEC folk on this board. I'd watch at least parts of the game but I'll be moving on Saturday. I got lucky as hell in that A) it's not a great day of cfb and B) the weather is supposed to be sunny and in the 60s.

Sam, my guess is that a lot of us who took LSU in Pick 'Em aren't so much predicting LSU will win the game as much as we simply see an 8.5 spread being a lot of points to give in a game which promises to be low scoring and downright neanderthal-like, offensively. It looks like it ought to be a close slugfest, in which case any late score by LSU could dick up that -8.5 in a hurry.

I kinda did too. My initial inclination was to pick Bama and give the points. The more I thought about it, though, the more I thought, 'SEC...low scoring, close, ugly game...do you really want to be sitting on a two score spread, sweating it the entire game?'
Besides, Bama fucked me against Tennessee.
:D

Quit being such a vapid fucking douchenozzle.
It will be a low scoring, close, beautiful game and be downright neanderthal-like, DEFENSIVELY!
