your coach is so old:
-Jurrasic Park brought back memories.
-one of his pets was on Noah's Ark.
-His social security number is 4.
-he remembers when the Dead Sea was only sick.
-Sex at his age is like shooting pool with a rope.

Iowa's bitch vs Meechigan? Pretty good matchup here. Michgian is at home but that's a pedestrian crowd so is it really a big homefield advantage? PSU's LB's are very fast and physical. Think this might be the perfect defense for PSU's talented skill position players to go off. I don't like this matchup for Michigan. Think they're a year away from winning a game like this. State Penn 28 Michigan 14.

It's hard for me to predict a PSU win in Ann Abhor - we have done that exactly twice, and not since 1996. UM's solid in the trenches, and should be able to run the ball. UM's DL will get to Clark a lot, forcing errors and failures. Stephon Green is out for this game, he was a big factor in last year's blowout.
Though I'll be screaming different, I see a 33-17 type win for Blue here. If the game is close, keep both eyes trained on the referines. Lynch and IU are still smarting from the beating the refs put on them a few weeks back.
I run a lot of crap on my UM brethren, because I know they can take it. UM has owned PSU since the Lions joined the conference. Really I think the only chance PSU has here is through some mistakes made by Dickrod.

From a physical standpoint, PSU shouldn't have too much trouble stopping Michigan. I'm pretty certain their Dline is better than MSU's and MSU had little trouble breaking through Michigan's offensive line and getting outside the edges to stop the run. Defensively, Michigan does not have the total unit to shut anybody down - they have one very good playmaker in Graham. I wouldn't concern yourself with their defense. But...Michigan does seem to have PSU's number so I think that will factor into the final score a little bit.
Penn St 24
Michigan 23

Quite a surprising result. Beating UM still seems like a big deal to me, and probably always will, when we can manage it. There is a ton of talent on this Wolverine team. I think that RR will have things going his way before long.

talent's all on the offensive side of the ball. 70% of the team is either sophomore or freshman, which, like, cool, they're getting experience. then again, a lot of mac players have plenty of experience. i'm a bit worried about our can't miss defensive prospects who are behind walk-ons on the depth chart. i think we'll be among the top three in the conference fairly soon, but wonder about the jump into the country's elite.

Dantonio layed a blue print on how to beat Forcier. Keep him in the pocket and force him to throw. Before yesterday, he was completing 57.7% of his passes when he scrambled and only 16% when he stayed in the pocket. Another reason for Jon Tenura to get fucked by an elephant dick.

I just threw up in my mouth...
They're hitting the difficult part of the schedule and Forcier is finally going against tough defenses. It made it look easy against weaker opposition. I can't imagine what the Ohio State front seven is going to do to the Michigan line and Forcier.

illi and purdue should be wins, but who knows. i would feel better about osu since pryor's not much of a threat downfield unless the safety inexplicably allows somebody to fly by unmolested, which.. fuck.

hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
for the reals, though, not a whole lot of tape to work with at that point. that said, i hope this pocket issue is just an issue of being a freshman. i can understand freaking out if your first couple checks are covered at this point in his development, if we're talking about development rather than being the suck. dickrod's spread seems wholly contingent on putting enough playmakers on the field to keep the defense off balance [duh], and forcier's just not a credible threat to air it out yet, so we get the psu game out of it.

Honestly, you don't blitz the shit out of a mobile QB, especially one in a spread option type of offense. The best way to play that offense is to be a disciplined zone team and bring pressure with the front four. Force the QB to beat you through the air in the pocket. That's what Dantonio did, and it worked. Same with Ferentz and JoPa.

Yep - I'll add that currently, PSU's secondary is playing as well as I've seen them play in years. The staff is not fond of making adjustments to the pass-defense scheme that help weaknesses, so oftentimes, they look pretty bad fundamentally. Right now, we have a group that is stepping up and performing well in that scheme.
