Today is The Great American Smokeout

I regularly donate to the American Cancer Society and I received my Great American Smokeout pin in the mail a couple of weeks ago which I will be wearing today. It looks like this.
I am not a smoker except for a couple of weeks when I was in high school. But I never got addicted and had to quit. Its so hard to give up the habit of smoking but I want to encourage all smokers to take this day to give it your best shot. You'll forever thank yourself if you make it. We all know all the reasons to give it up. You can really do it. Today is the first day of the rest of your life.
I have a miserable life and wish I were dead!
