Dude led Richmond to a championship last year and before that he was an assistant for the Hoos. Hopefully dude can turn the program around soon. Maybe UVA heard NBC football Night in America Sunday when Patrick and Dungy were discussing how college football teams hardly ever hire noggles. :?
