They said it was like the Theisman injury. Season over for the Ags probably. He was their best player. Lock down defender and second leading scorer. When he landed, he didn't move. Just held his hands over his face. I hope he gets his degree and can live a normal life. This is just horrible for this kid.

that's too bad for the kid. i'm not and will never be a fan of Turgeon (though, i think he's a better than average coach)...but you hate to see that happen to a young man/player.

i sort of indirectly knew former CU player Donnie Boyce who had the horrible leg injury in the Big 8 tournament. great guy from all accounts, great student, terrible career ending (for the most part) injury on a fluky rebound. was projected early 2nd round. was.
