Trying to settle an argument. Who would you guys rather have as your coach, in their prime: Lloyd Carr or Les Miles?

Make me choose between 'em? I take Miles. He's a buffoon and one of the worst clock managers ever, but at least he's not a complete flatliner who never met a FG rather than a TD he didn't like.

Lloyd has as many as Miles, Jsc. They each have a share of one title.

Les Myles is a terrible football coach with an annoying phony 1950's southeastern football coach voice. He's not a bad coach.........a monumentally pathetic excuse of a coach. I don't give a fuck what his record says or that he allegedly won a national title. Dude's been lucky as fuck in about 5 fucking games every year. Hell, State Penn did everything in their power to hand that tard the game today. Hellen Keller would win 10-11 games with their talent.

Carr, I'd say it's about a tie in terms of coaching but I'd rather have Carr be the face of my program.

carr pulled a pretty good run from 97 through 03 out of a string of 7-4 seasons before he lost his momentum. miles inherited a program primed for a mnc run and is in the process of running it into the ground. even the title he won is probably the most dubious since the advent of the bcs considering the committee pulled lsu's name out of a hat full of two-loss teams with equal claim to osu.
