Happy Trails, Dick Enberg

I read somewhere that todays Chiefs-Broncos game is his last NFL broadcast after I don't know how many seasons. The man has been around a long time and I've always enjoyed listening to him. Never gets too carried away but brings just the right amount of excitement as he calls a game. Not only that, but he justs comes across as a genuinely nice person.
He'll be missed.

I knew he was going to start calling Padres games next year but I didn't know he would stop calling NFL games. Is he done calling college hoops as well?

Yet Brent Suckberger still breaths.
I'd pick him in the deathpool but my picks never croak

Enberg/Olsen used to be great (though I always preferred Criqui and Trumpy)... back in the 1980s.
He should have retired a good 5 years ago.

Any mention of his replacement?
The announcing world is going to get a whole lot worse if they give his gig to Randy Cross. That dude blows cack.
