Good evening, everybody. I'd like to thank everyone for being here today. We're running a little short on time so we'll just get right into it. This organization has decided to move forward, and that means mvscal will no longer be a moderator of The One Board. Let me stress that this was a very difficult decision. He served his time here with great passion and conviction; however, in the end, we felt it was time to make a change that was in the best interest of both mvscal and this message board. One thing I would like to mention is that this decision was in no way influenced by Lillian Vernon, or any trolls/posters associated with Lillian Vernon. We wish mvscal nothing but the best in his future message board endeavors, and we sincerely hope he chooses to remain here at T1B as a member of this team in some capacity.

I hope not. Mvscal is a great read. Maybe there was some confusion or disagreement about how he was supposed to moderate. I don't know, that's none of my business. I've found mvscal to be one of the very few on these boards to have an ounce of integrity.

I don't know the details and it is none of my business. The owners/operators of the board have made their decision and ended mvscal's modship. Perhaps that is all for the best and we'll read more posts from him, I noticed his posting went down when he assumed the mod job. Must be time consuming policing the threads so we don't click on one at work and find a NSFW picture or something.

I've also recalled reading some of Lillian Vernon's takes over at the other board when I read it. Her political takes are typically pretty well crafted and delivered. I wasn't aware of the negative aspects of her posting until now. Overall for folks bouncing around these boards for over 10 years, this is the greatest show on earth. mvscal is one of the major factors in that so I hope he returns.
