The 314 (indecent exposure) probably won't even end up on his jacket because it was charged as a Misdemeanor and will probably be plea bargined away. As far as the tat, I doubt that will be a big problem seeing as FFF is not a prison gang and has been basically dead since 1985. His biggest problem in prison, as far gangs, will be from other whites who consider FFF a 'sissy' gang. But that's what SNY yards are for.

All that being said I don't see this as a prison case. Not out of OC anyways.

Indecent Exposure in the OC courts could bring 30-days Caltrans, an Aids test, 3-yrs informal probation and possibly carries the requirement to register as a sex offender. One of my friends' husbands' got busted jacking off in their car at CSU Fullerton and that was their punishment sans the sex offender thing.
