It just started to snow.
The wife works in Cairo, Ga. just over the sate line. I took the daughter up at 5:30, and she was making snow angels at 6:00.
Ain't global warming a bitch?

Yeah trev, there is a difference between climate, weather, and scams to tax the fuck out of regular people in order to ration, control, and otherwise - preserve resources for the elite. Get a clue.
All this snow is proof of man made global warming. Here's proof. There's a been a lot of hot air over Washington, D.C. in the past year, it trapped all the moisture, temps cool, historic snowfall ensues.
I'm a believer in Global Warming now more than ever. Where do I get my blinders and Kool-Aid ?

Ok, so you have no argument in favor of global warming. Gotcha. You don't hear from Al, because it can't be proven. He made a lot of money off you tards.

Looks like a fairly old neighborhood with lots of old trees. You fucks will be all spring and well into summer cleaning up that mess. Probably a good idea to own a chain-saw right about now.

Where is the data before 1880? Oh, that's right, there isn't any.

Really?
Where's the data about where they locate the reporting stations?
You know, like the ones in Northern canada that they've taken offline and replaced with ones in urban areas in temperate and tropical climates?
If the data doesn't match your desired outcome, change the set of data used, right?
You've been duped.
But even with the radically manipulated graphs, such as the one you linked, no one ever seems to want to discuss the elephant in the room -- the precipitous drop over the last 11 years... the biggest such drop ever recorded.
And we're still waiting on the explaination of why Mars' icecaps receded in proportion to Earth's? Since both are now increasing, it's probably about time for the Global Tax Conspirators to just go away.

Since you reference Mars and to keep the tin foil hat crowd appeased, would they not be Intergalactic Tax Conspirators ?
Just sayin..

In my "dealing with forclosed houses" duties, came across one this week that had: Ponderosa pines, birch, white oak, and the dastardly curly willow.
The makes-a-mess-of-the-yard all-star team... year-round.
Don't know what the fuck people are thinking when they plant that shit.

NASA is reporting that is is the warmest decade ever on Earth but it only has data of the last 130 years....

Excellent point, Dins, which is why I planted three giant sequioas in our front yard. No clean up is ever necessary, they're ridiculously beautiful trees, they're green all year long, and in the ten-plus years since I've planted them they've grown a good forty feet. We have a nice little triangle-shaped grove of them providing lots of shade, and they look better than just about anything in the entire neighborhood.

Great freaking big sequoia in Dins' yard. About 80'.
Not quite native, but not too far from their native zone (which you're in). They don't grow quite as fast here (a rarity amongst trees), but get quite beastly.
And provide amazing raccoon habitat... to the tune of a three foot pile of raccoon shit under it (no joke, and quite gross if one actually goes under the canopy). And when they assault the cherry crop, there's nasty trails of pit-filled shit across the yard.
Got a ponderosa, though... BIG fucker. Fucking mess, and shits needles at a faster clip than the garbage man picks up yard debris. And the fucking things take forever to rot.

But the Global Tax crowd is not just not above outright lies -- it's their MO. And they have all the money to continue their PR campaign of lies, and there's plenty of rebels-with-the-cause-de-jour like BSmacked and Let's Turd Two who
need to hate on mankind, so it marches forward.

Once again, if you want to escape snow and can't get to Hawaii, keep driving south on I-75 till you don't see any more of these:
We are in the middle of a "deep Arctic freeze"---the temperature right now in Fort Myers is 50ºF according to my super accurate digital thermometer.

'Bout 52 here. El Nino winter.
And a thermometer is only as accurate as its placement.

Because they are so cute in the 1 gallon cans when they bought them 20 years ago. I have put the saw to more yards like that than I can remember.
Pondersoa pine is actually a native as is the white oak.
Plant a birch you should be shot. Weeps sap and aphids all over cars.
Whit oak is a very nice tree. Just should be the only tree in about 1 acre or more.
Curly willow is highly invasive..don't bitch when you have to start trimming it all the time, unless the Mexicans stump it (steal it) at least once a year to sell to the florist shops. Regular willows are against most city codes to plant now.
None of these trees belong with in 100 feet of your house however.

Wonder if Mikey measures his humidity with a super accurate digital psychrometer ? I guess I better start taking temperature here with a highly inaccurate analog thermometer.

When you grow up maybe you will care about global warming. You should care. It's more of a curiosity as to why that is all we heard about from the Gore and the liberal media who are now silenced on the subject.

This January was the warmest ever in Washington history. So which amount of time has relevance to patterns....a week or a month?
