Um, I don't think the whale thinks it was an accidental death. But Jim Solomons of the Orlando County Sheriff's Office, said the trainer slipped or fell into the whale's tank, which seemed to contradict Biniak's description.
"This appears to be an accidental death, a tragic death," Solomons said.

Sin,Ya'll know me. You know how I earn a living. I'll catch this bird for ya, but it ain't gonna be easy. Bad mammal. Not like goin' down to the pond chasin' bluegills or tommy cods. This whale, swallow you whole. A little shakin', a little tenderizin'... down you go. And we gotta do it quick. That'll bring back the tourists. That'll put your park on a payin' basis. But it's not gonna be pleasant. I value my neck a lot more than 3,000 bucks, Chief. I'll find 'im for 3, but I'll catch 'im, and kill 'im, for ten. You gotta make up your minds. Gonna stay alive and ante up? You wanna play it cheap, be on welfare the whole winter? I don't want no volunteers, I don't want no mates, there's too many captains on this theme park. Ten thousand dollars for me by myself. For that, you get the head, the tail, the blowhole, the whole damn thing

This beast killed two people before, okay one - the dude deserved it and was probably killing himself. We won't lay that one on the beast.

[dins]He only has one confirmed prior kill. The nekid homeless dude was found bruised & scratched, but he died of hypothermia (the water is about 50º). So the bruises & scratches could have come after he died.[/dins]Jsc810 wrote:This is the third time this particular whale (Tilikum) has killed someone...

I think we've offended him....It contains hundreds of sharks from the reef, nurse, sand tiger and leopard families

Well, I don't really think that's the defintion of "Rack Darwin" especially when people have been successfully training these beasts and entertaining audiences for decades.
For me, the definition of "Rack Darwin" is when a bunch of NI.GGERS that can't swim try to wade across a river...step into a deep hole in the water and subsequently drown.
Or maybe the mvscal that tries to steal copper from a high voltage wire. That's the defintion of "Rack Darwin"....not this peculiar anomally.
Police: Texting bicyclist struck by pickup in Elkhart County
By JASON OVERHOLT
WSBT-TV Reporter
A witness at the scene of a Tuesday morning accident said a man on a bicycle was texting when he drifted into the path of a pickup truck.
The 18-year-old bicyclist, Jeffery Cook of Elkhart, was heading southwest on the north shoulder of State Road 120, just west of County Road 21. Around 4:45 a.m. a witness who was with him said he drifted into the path of a pickup truck that was also headed southwest.
Police say the man received compound fractures to his leg and a closed head injury. He was airlifted to Memorial Hospital in South Bend.
