heard London Calling in the grocery store today

they already sold it Jag because nothing says working class politics like a $100,000 automobile.....but this was different somehow.

usually it's just Don Henley ballads you've never heard of, early when i go. me and senior shoppers. sometimes they play pictures of matchstick men....which is rocking and better than the Camper version. not ever a big Camper fan but i knew people from Santa Cruz....i respected in the old punky days who said they were unreal. sometimes you miss.

and, let's play a game, if the "curator" of the Kroeger Sirius radio network had a sense of irony/humor.....which song from London Calling do you put on the playlist for the 8 zillion Kroeger owned chains?
""On a lonely planet spinning its way toward damnation amid the fear and despair of a broken human race, who is left to fight for all that is good and pure and gets you smashed for under a fiver? Yes, it's the surprising adventures of me, Sir Digby Chicken-Caesar!"
