.....well maybe some of them do. maybe we should treat guns that have already committed crimes in a manner different from other guns. maybe they have some sort of spirit or something that makes future owners commit crimes.

:meds: :meds: :meds: :meds: :meds:

this seems to be the rationale of some morons like this fukking tool....
John Timoney, who led the Philadelphia and Miami police departments and served as New York's No. 2 police official, said he doesn't believe police departments should be putting more guns into the market.

"I just think it's unseemly for police departments to be selling guns that later turn up," he said, recalling that he had once been offered the chance to sell guns to raise money for the police budget.

"Obviously, we always need the money but I just said, `No, we will take the loss and get rid of the guns'," said the former police chief, who now works for Andrews International, a security consulting firm.

I'll tell you what's unseemly, you brain dead fukking tard. Pissing away taxpayer dollars as if they are yours. A gun is an inanimate object. It does not decide to commit crimes on their own, contrary to your belief and prolly the belief of the fukking moron that wrote this article.

I guess we should send cars to the scrap bin if people commit duis in them.

Corporate prisons get so goddamn many clients due to ridiculous drug prohibition laws. Get rid of them and a whole lotta prison guards/LEOs will have to find productive work.

Unrestricted drug use.
Unrestricted gun ownership.

Yep, sounds like an ideal combination.

there would still be restrictions on drug use. you'd have to be 18 and similar laws to alcohol regarding driving would apply. other than that, i am for absolute freedom of adults to pollute their bodies as they see fit.

link to me where i advocated unrestricted gun ownership. i will admit though, that i think there should be damn few restrictions.

answer me a simple question mikey. if your local PD confiscates firearms that aer legally available for sale, do you have a problem with them being sold to dealers? i would of course require that these sales be documented and all proceeds go to the town's general fund.
