Maybe we can get Dins to weight in on ANY fish caught in the Willamette River from Cottage Grove to Portland, a distance of about 130 linear miles or so since it not only provides storm drainage and "treated" and untreated sewage disposal, but is an excellent dumping ground for dead livestock as well.
