Where have you been. Russell begs for name smack.

Jamarshmellow and Jabiscutsandgravy are my favorites. Gotta credit Raydah James for them though.

JaBiscuitsandgravy was mine.

This new Jason Campbell signing should easily catapult the Duhs to 4-12 and another bundle of squandered draft picks.

"Good job"

Yeah, I know. I've added a couple here and there myself.

I just really liked JaWalrus, is all.

Anyone over JaNormousManBoobs has got to be an upgrade. I think 6-10 is within reach. Maybe even 7-9 if everything goes well.

Concur. Especially given that the Broncos are doing their absolute best to self destruct.

Not really. The Duhs still have the most penalized right OT in football and the the left OT who allowed the most sacks.

Jason Campbell is just a different flavor of suck.

Cornell Green is gone and they just drafted two Tackles - rounds 3 & 4.

You should have waited to see if one of the rooks could actually beat him out. Sorta like trashing Morrison after drafting McClain.

3-13

I trashed Morrison last season - after the first Mule game.

You had your fact wrong about the Raiders still having the most penalized RT in the league.

I didn't jock the DH Bey pick, Van.

I slammed those on BSPN, like T. Dilfer and C. Carter, who's unprofessionalism in the segment they did was just amazing.

Bey had an awful rookie season.
It's one season.
It does not make a career.

Crabtree had two TDs and 48 catches.
Good for him.

Check back on their progress in a few years if you want to, but again, I did not jock the Bey pick and immediately came out saying it looked like a typical Davis "stopwatch" reach selection.

Sorry about that. The point still stands. You replaced him with nothing. Shouldn't you have waited to see if the rooks could actually beat him out? I know you think things can't get any worse but they can.

Uh, yeah...about that left tackle. Good job on that strong side running play. Tackle whiffed his block and was standing around while his man made the play. Tight end and fullback buried. Running back pummeled and raped.

DHB isn't the only idiot who should be embarassed by that play.

Usually the Raiders are active throughout the year and I was wondering what took them so long to start making moves. I loved all the moves and having a mobile QB with either Gradkowski or Cambell is going to be a plus for O line. I'm still amazed how well the draft went for us but until we get rid of the guy's who's number reflects the way he plays "SHIT" I believe the Crypt keeper will force Cable to put his ass in the game. DHB pick was garbage for him being a #1 but not all of our WR draft picks last year sucked... Louis Murphy turned out to be one hell of a player.

The most interesting pick up for the Duds never happened, Ben Roethlisberger. We all know he has problems, but if he's going to play anywhere, what better place than Oakland and a fan base that hasn't sniffed a winning season in almost 10 years? Giving up the 8th pick? No problem. This years 2nd or next years 1st too, no problem. Al's got to make that deal, doesn't he? Obviously it never happened, but should have according to Al's motto of "Just Win baby". One thing is for sure, if Oakland makes that deal on draft day, they're a contender for a playoff slot in the AFC, and the talk of the town, post draft.

The Steelers meanwhile are going to be better off with Roethlisberger, assuming he can understand the difference between a whore house & a night club.

As it is, I'd put my money on Gradkowski being the best option for the duds. Campbell has the physical tools, but lacks the ability to read coverages efficiently, isn't as composed in the pocket, nor is he the leader Gradkowski is.

I have to believe JaNormousManBoobs is going to get the boot soon. If it was up to the cable guy, it would have been mid season, last year.

The 2010 draft could have netted the primer & soot a top 5 QB, a winner at the highest level, instead for dud fan, it ends with the question of,what if that trade was made?

My read on things is Al has told JaWalrus that he has to accept the vet minimum and then come in and compete for the starting job.
If you can produce, we'll be glad to talk about increasing your salary.

If Russell won't go for that, he's released and free to see if he can sign eleswhere - and at what salary.

I think JaWalrus won't go for the vet minimum deal in Oakland - huge bruise to the ego AND the bank account.

He'll be released and see what can be found elsewhere, imo.

This is a guy who is destined to be bankrupt down the road.

Poster child for a rookie salary cap.

Ah...the salad days for Raiderfan are upon us. That blissful honeymoon period between the draft and the beginning of the regular season.

Enjoy it, Raitards. It's all you've got. Chin up....maybe Alvis will die this year.

I believe that number 1 next year was traded to N.E for Seymour last year. And Ben an Oakland Raider? I don't think Cable wants those kind of players, he said so himself that he was looking for football players not thugs. The organization needs an overhaul and it starts this year, good hard hitting smart football players. Ben wouldn't of been able to play until week 7 so how the fuck does that make Oakland a contender? Al's been burned way to many times recently trying to resurrect discarded or troubled players. Keep the thugs in the stands not the field mother fuckers!

Yes I believe you're correct about the 1st rder next year Loco. As for resurrecting players, that's what the Duds do, Jim Plunkett & Rich Gannon are good examples. Certainly there is a possibility that Roethlisberger could end up with only a 4 game suspension, and that trade would have been more about the future than next season. As it is the Duds have to hope Gradkowski, Campbell, or Boller pan out.......
