I can already tell you what's gonna happen with that law.

Those fukkken cokkk sukkkers at the ACLU are going to file a lawsuit saying it's unconstitional....it's gonna go all the way to those cokkk sukkking faggots in the 9th Court of Appeals and the law will be revoked.

Of course before all the legal mumbo jumbo is settled the spics and the nogs will be rioting in the streets and the faggot liberal news media will be calling all us White people that are trying to save our heritiage and culture a bunch of racists.

The only solution is ALL OUT RACE WAR and breakup of the United States along cultural and racial lines.

I heard that most of our illegals are people who come to our country legally and let there visa run out. Lot of professional Indians and the Chinese are also a growing number of illegal imegre.

But nobody cares about Indians/Asians, they only hate mexicans.

The verbose nature of law, in general, is offensive. I think I read the quote here one time, something about writing the law such that an elite class of people are the only ones that can understand it is setting us on the course to tyranny.

The reason that there's more animosity towards hispanic illegals is that most bring little to the table. Those Indians and Asians that you describe mostly came here on student visas and work visas to do tech work. I don't have a problem with them whatsoever, regardless of race. They contribute and do their best to assimilate. But Javier and his six kids come here with a sense of entitlement and just flop down and pout, expecting everyone to cater to their inability to speak English, refusal to learn English, lack of job skills and refusal to learn job skills.

In short, the Indians and Asians are helping solve problems, while the vast majority of Hispanics cause them. But their chicks are pretty fucking hot. Hmmm, I may have to think this through some more...

I'll admit to not having read the law, but I've heard that under the new law, the police can arrest anyone on reasonable suspicion if that person does not have some form of ID on their person that proves their citizenship.

If true, that's something I simply cannot support. I've been known to leave the house a time or two without my wallet. Probably not the best habit I've ever developed in my lifetime. But it shouldn't be criminal.

I don't give a flying fuck who they are, what they're doing or where they come from. If they have no legal basis for residency in this country, they need to get the fuck out.

We also need to index the number of work visas issued to the unemployment rate. Americans need to come first and people like you need to pull your head out of your ass and get with the fucking program.

It isn't. The criminality comes into play only when you're guilty of being here illegally.

There is no reasonable argument for failing to treat illegals as illegals. Our Bill of Rights does not apply to them.

I worked with a bunch of H-1B aliens in my old job. The idea that we needed to outsource to India, Pakistan and Turkey to get a bunch of Visual Basic programmers was absolute bullshit. Rochester Institute of Technology alone outputted more than enough graduates who would have been happy to take those jobs.

I'm hardly a Xenophobe. But we should be offering those jobs to Americans first.

I don't have any problem with the law, and agree that the number of visas issued should be limited; indexing the number to unemployment is a reasonable approach. Speaking of reasonable, that is the word in the bill that will likely be the basis for challenging it.
WHERE REASONABLE SUSPICION EXISTS
If I'm the ACLU attorneys or whoever else is opposing the law, I would argue that what constitutes "reasonable suspicion" is not clearly delineated and that it will be stretched beyond what is reasonable by individual law enforcement officers. But that aside, the law seems to be a reinforcement of previously existing laws, and an attempt to enforce them with more vigor. Nothin' wrong with that.

Smackie, I'm not picking on you, because you're just the messenger and I have no doubt that you're right about the ACLU going after the REASONABLE SUSPICION wording, but I think any police officer (we have/had some on the board(s)) would tell us that he's gonna have a pretty damn hard time doing his duty if REASONABLE SUSPICION needs to be closely defined.

It's really an "I can't define p0rn, but I know when I see it" sort of dealie.

No argument, and it may come down to a case-by-case basis to determine if suspicion is reasonable. "Suspect looked brown" is not reasonable. It'll likely require a number of cases before a clearer picture of what is and is not reasonable emerges. I understand why it's worded that way - there's no way to identify and lay out every possible scenario to determine and define reasonableness. But it may be for just that reason that opponents of the law try to get it struck down, although it'll be tough since the word is commonly used in other laws, such as use of reasonable force. Like I said, I don't have a problem with the law - just playing devil's advocate. I can also envision a day when a case is brought using racism as a basis for dismissal or overturning of a decision using the argument that a disproportionate number of Hispanics are targeted for suspicion, since it's far less likely that immigrants from Ireland or Australia (or even Asia/India) would be suspected of being in Arizona illegally.

Of course there are plenty of americans that can write code. Problem is, they won't write code for 9.50/hr.

Of course the scumbag lawyers that run everything are fine with this as they are a protected class with their bullshit bar assiciations.

You wanna let whomever do whatever at market rate? Fine. Bannish bar membership requirements right fukkin' now. Let anyone throw up a shingle and start practicing law today.

Yeah, that'll happen, right about never.

These towelheads, gooks and dotheads were getting WAY more than 9.50/hr. And with one solitary exception (the head of the software architecture group), they were not doing anything that an American college grad couldn't do.

As for my little lawyer rant, I'd be interested to hear your take, 88, seeing as you are a lawyer, but seem to be a fairly decent guy with sensible views, despite it.

the libertarian side of me is against most regulating and licensing. It generally does more harm than good and in the case of lawyers, allows them to charge exorbitant fees for what are sometimes pretty damn simple procedures.

not saying i'm against having a bar association. have whatever you want. it would be a good way for we customers to rate a potential service provider. it's just that i don't think someone should be thrown in a cell if he decides he is capable of taking on some of this work without spending many years and a whole bunch of $$$$$$$ on it.

i am not calling for a complete banishment of licensing. if you wanna get into a airliner and drive it, you had damn well better know what you are doing. getting a wreckless driving charge dropped to speeding, not so much.

Yep, the highest paid developer in our organization was a dothead making 6 figures. The Americans who work here, while paid well for what they do, are getting anywhere from 55k-80k depending on their experience. And of course, this dothead's Visa was about to run out. He never tried to renew it. He took his 5 years of training and experience we provided and bailed on us.

I just hired a guy recently. In the job description, we put in bold and underlined letters: US CITIZENS ONLY!

I must have gotten 30 resumes in from Patels looking for a work Visa with Indian addresses. For their lack of reading comprehension alone, they were filed in the trash can. Then again, lack of hygiene was also a determining factor.
