I am looking for neutral, third party moderation for talks that would encourage a cessation of hostilities and a draw back to pre-2009 borders between myself and Mikey.

Arms limitation and deterrent pic-wyching are on the table.
Stockpiles of shit threads and other WMD's (Words of Meaningless Dreck) are also on the table.
