I'll had it to the lawyers representing the Vatican. They have some balls. Their latest defense against those who are suing the "Holy See" for some of the thousands of cases of documented sexual abuse is that the document the Vatican used to instruct their bishops on the finer points of covering up for pedophiles is not proof of a Vatican-orchestrated cover up. Oh, and they are also arguing that bishops and priests are not employees of the Vatican and are not under the control of the Pope.
