Clap for the Wolfman

Big ups to the Big O for his debut of Wolfman's Fallout Shelter last night in chat. Dude was nails with his music selections, playing material that frankly surprised me. For a guy whose age is much closer to that of my parents than to mine, his playlist included tunes that I'm guessing few members of his age demographic have even heard of. Sure, you expect him to play some rockabilly, which he did. But he was also mixing in some Mojo Nixon, Concrete Blonde, obscure Genesis, French punk rock, and a wide variety of other music, all of which was very cool. Definitely a breath of fresh air during a time when we're hurtin' for more deejays. Highly recommend you check him out next time he's on.
Great job, Wolfie!

You would kill as a deejay. So get off your ass!

Definitely agree 100%.
I think he had mentioned in chat one time that he was a DJ back in the 70's and if last night was any indication, he was a damn good one.
Not one song that sucked the whole night.

I hear that can be treated successfully with antibiotics.

Sulfa drugs are also very effective. Or so someone told me once. BTW, thanks to Barflie for steering me to a MAC friendly site that got me up and running on Nicecast w/o using WinAmp. Now to tweak the system. I'd like to be able to do some "front sell/back sell" and run some commentary. I also need to expand my iTunes library. I don't know how Smackie does it, but he seems to be able to pull tunes out of his bag of tricks in nanoseconds. If and when I get comfortable, I may pick out a time slot. Sorry guys---late nights are out of the question.

Sorry, Screwie...no MGMT from me. :D
Doesn't sound like that will be a problem.

When I read the topic title, I figured this was a thread about Betty White.

I was in for mondays testing and last night as well. He was kickass and was doing voice overs too. Great to actually hear wolfman doing his thing.
