1.) Buy a house in an upscale neighborhood.
2.) Rent the house to a large family of color.
3.) Watch as the surrounding neighborhood comps take a nosedive.
4.) Buy up houses from desperate sellers.
5.) Suitcase the colored family (burn a cross on their lawn, call immigration, etc.)
6.) Watch as property values skyrocket.
7.) sell
