Bsmack, I appreciate and understand the concept. I too am an idealist. But in these times, one must be a realist also.

Islamic countries want to reduce the world back to the 6th or 5th century. That makes it easy for them to control it. The list of Muslim leaders that want a space program for any other reason than for dropping bombs on heathens/jews/anyone that doesn't think and believe what they do is really damn short. I really like that my wife and daughters do NOT have to wear a chador, and that if one doesn't believe that the former Persian Moon god that is Allah, all of a sudden in 750 became "GOD", isn't going to have thier head slowly sawed off. And what that assbackwards "philosophy" has to do with space flight....is beyond me. The brain power they have is mostly used to kill anyone that doesn't think and believe like and how they do, so please don't even try to be an apologist for those murderous screwheads, because if they were to come into power, you would probably be right at the top of list to become the next PEZ dispenser look alike , because you disagree with Sharia law, or hell...anything those fucknuts would think of.

How about....'freedom'. Of thought, expression, and the rights of women? Those morons consider women just below camels and donkeys. WTF does Nazi Germany have to do with this? The Nazis took over because they had the backing of institutional power brokers who were scared shitless of Communists and preferred to take their chances with Hitler. They also thought (wrongly) that they could manipulate and control Hitler.

There is no comparison between our reaction to Hitler in the 30s and our reaction to Islamic extremists. We have dismantled AQ in Iraq (after creating the conditions for their insurgency to begin with), we have surrounded and isolated Iran and fomented revolution within its borders and now AQ in Afghanistan is under siege yet again. We are doing anything but singing Kumbaya with the folks who legitimately want war with the west.

So I ask again, where is the proof that all or a vast majority of Muslims want to slit our throats? Take your time fucknuts.
