Yes, but let's be humane about it. Do what I did and give the mutt a good final meal. Make a peanut butter sandwich loaded with antifreeze. Worked excellent for a skunk problem I was having.

Almost everyone has the neighbor and animal story.

My neighbor keeps cats...a lot of cats. Does not believe in spraying them. Just lets the females attract all the feral toms around to fuck them incessantly and then if he finds the kittens, just smacks them with a shovel. I mean these whore cats kick out 3 to 4 litters a year. This dude has at least 6 to 7 female slut cats around. Some , almost all of them go feral. They try and cross my pasture to hunt a grown up area, and also to hunt on my 3 acre meadow area. I keep the meadow to help the quail and ground bird population, and can usually get about 4 to 5 clutch's of birds a year in there, and the mouse population feeds the hawks and owls all year as well.

So the game is to off these feral cats as much as possible. My office windows looks out over this area on a slight downward slope. I have several shooting rests set up on the windows for my HMR 17. Back in my sickness days last winter, when I was finally able to get back to the office and hold up the gun, I had a mission to get this one orange tom. He knew he was marked, and was pretty good at slinking away or moving and now stopping. He stopped one day to lick his balls, and that was the end of it, 150 yards no problem. Last summer I went 2 for, when I got a tom whilst screwing one of the whore females down the field road. Tom looked back at me while he was pounding the slut cat, turned around and went back to pounding her, and I went Rifleman on him and the slut cat with my .30 -.30 Winchester. Coyotes came and drug them off that night.

I mean this guy had 5 feral toms in his drive way fighting over and fucking on this one whore cat. Drives my dogs crazy....and dude also will not do anything about the starlings he lets nest in his barn, and then they shit all over my pickups , trailers and other equipment. So when he goes to church on Sunday, I start in on the starlings. Usually get about 6 or so a week, off his barn roof. He evens tolerates the fucking starlings getting the cat food off his back porch he puts out, and I mean these fucking birds shit all over his porch and he is OK with it. Nasty.....nasty...oh and did I mention dude is a hoarder as well ?

So Todd...I would call the animal control real fast in your case....in my case, I just keep whacking these feral cats on a weekly basis...nothing better than live fire targets to stay up on the marksmanship.

Could be , although you would think diminishing numbers might be in order...but then again, a good cat rancher needs to have a consistent supply..of course he thinks they keep the rodents in control, but he feeds the damn things so they do not hunt, and I whacked 2 rats by his barn last week...unreal...
