Dead at 86. Plane crash.

Former NASA chief and current/ex EADS-NA head Sean O'Keefe was on that plane. I met him in one of my first gigs at my new non-jizzmopping gig.

Reuters says Stevens is dead, O'Keefe survived. Yes, JSC, I knew he was former prez of LSU.
