The #29 is on a roll and the team to beat as we head towards the chase. And it's a damn good thing (for the other 11 driver who make it) that there is a chase now, else Harvick would easily walk away with the championship. A 293 point lead over 2nd, are you kidding me? That would be insurmountable.

I sure have, probably more than you dipshit. I also recall Kyle Busch ripping the circuit a new asshole, only to have his pucker up come chase time and finish damn near last out of the chasers. I know the chase is a new concept to you Wags, as it is to most of us. I am telling you that being the "class" of the field doen't mean shit come chase time. Your point about Kylie is well taken but there are several BIG differences.

1st is that Harvick isn't a wet behind the ears punk, but a wily and grizzled veteran.

2nd is that he drives for RCR, not Gibbs. Richard Childress is NASCAR royalty.

3rd is that he's driving a Chevy, not some piece of shit Toyota.

4th is that the other drivers out there on the track actually respect him.

I am under no such constraint. This thread really wasn't about the #48, where's he at in the points again? Oh yeah, he's buried and looking up, waaay up, at the #29 team. For at least 3 more weeks.
