personally, i think it's the business of NYC zoning laws. if the laws say it's OK and there isn't any gubmint funding of it, WGARA?

i also hope the gay bar gets opened next door as apparently someone is planning on doing.

well, there is that little thing about jews and christians not knocking down the fukking buildings, not that it has anything to do with it.

personally, i think they are idiots for doing it. that is some expensive real estate. but i guess some middle eastern sand neeguh isn't too worried about the price tag.

Considering the building was close enough to be hit by debris from one of the planes that hit the WTC, I'd have to say that it's pretty fucking close.
