And they didn't just win it, they basically rolled every team in their path thanks in large part to incredible performances from Kevin Durant. Can you say future NBA MVP? Of course not but talent will only take you so far if you don't play as a team. No doubt the USA team has always had more talent but very little discipline which translated into something less than a gold medal.

As for talent, other than Durant, this was the U.S. 'B' team which makes the feat all the more remarkable.
