I'm headed to Nashville, Memphis, Huntsville and Indianapolis next week. Any recommendations for good places to chow down?

Don't remember the name of the joint but it was right downtown near the river and was supposedly the shit. It was a dive. Think Rosedale BBQ in KCK off SW blvd, except the food doesn't suck. Imagine that, me spending money in Kansas. They were just close enough to Missouri to get my dime... fuckers.

I don't travel much but whenever I do, I make an effort to sample the local BBQ.

Maybe it was Corky's, dunno, but they ruined some good meat with sauce that was too sweet. But at least it wasn't as horrible as the BBQ served up in Beaumont, TX. That shit sent me home in a hurry. It was like they didn't even try.

Rendevous for Ribs in Memphis. The best. Pig on Beale is good too.
